When my husband’s best friend called about a week ago to ask if we would be interested in going on a camping and hiking trip with them, we both said yes.   It is something that we’ve talked about doing for years, and finally we both decided that it’s time to stop talking about going camping and hiking and start doing.  Once we’d told them yes, I asked if I could speak to Melinda so that we could talk about the things we would need to order in order to assure that we had all the right camping and hiking gear.    We talked for an hour about the local area where we would be going, and she gave me the name of a great website where she said I could find camping and hiking gear for a great price.  She said they had been ordering from there for a while and that the prices couldn’t be beat.   I took notes during our conversation, and either today or tomorrow I plan to spend a little time online at the site she suggested ordering all the camping and hiking gear that we need.   This is going to be an adventure that I’ll never forget.
