Today turned out to be a great day of outdoors sports for myself. It started with getting up before daylight and showering with scent free soap. I then donned my outdoors sports scent blocker hunting clothing, and also sprayed down my compound bow and arrows with a scent blocker I have used for years. After bidding my dogs a hearty farewell, they did not even get out of their dogie beds, I was off to pursue one of my favorite outdoors sports---bow hunting Whitetail deer. A short hike to a favorite deer hunting location a half mile from my home and I was at my ground blind. As I settled in and sipped a sports drink I waited for the sun to rise. Shortly after sunrise the woods began to come alive with song bird's, squirrels scampering around gather nuts, and the quiet sounds of deer walking through fallen leaves. There! A nice mature Whitetail buck slowly worked his way towards my blind. My arrow flew true and I harvested a nice buck. A great day of outdoors sports
