Losing weight with outdoors sports. |

Participating in outdoors sports is a great way to lose those unwanted pounds, meet new people who also enjoy being outdoors and visit places you have not been to before. Many guys my age enjoy playing team outdoors sports like in an organized softball league. The teams have a local home field and also travel to many other ball parks to play other teams in the league. Another great outdoors sports activity is to play golf. I live less than a mile from a very nice 18 hole golf course and my neighbor is at the local golf course several times a week. He golfs with the same gang of golfing enthusiasts and they spice the game up a bit by placing a small wager on who plays the best round. I visited him today to ask if he would measure me for a new set of golf clubs as he makes clubs as a hobby. It has been awhile since I played golf so I am looking forward to getting back in the game. There are so many fun outdoors sports to participate in and all will help you become healthier and loss weight.
