My step-grandson Rick is a fan of outdoors sports. He likes baseball, soccer and football. He has played each of these outdoors sports as an after-school activity. Rick is also a fan of the Baltimore Ravens football team. His love of outdoors sports and the Ravens mean that he is typical of a nine year old boy living in the state of Maryland. However he still likes childish things like hugs and plush blankets.

This blanket, in my opinion, kills two birds with one stone. First of all it indulges Rick’s love of outdoors sports and his team. Secondly it caters to that part of him that is still very much a little boy who loves cozy hugs and nights spent as a family on the sofa in front of the television. What’s more he has been asking for a plush blanket of his own for a while now, so I know he is going to like it.
